Enveloping Southeast Asia and holding the standard to the highest degree, 5-Spice Asian Street Market provides nothing but authenticity and consistency. Owner Sam Hua was born and raised in Vietnam and upon coming to the United States saw the diluted and false replication of Asian cuisine. Upon realizing it was his passion to provide something better to the area, ten years ago he derived his concept from China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia, and brought it to the forefront of Boca Raton. Upon doing so, Sam and his team have gained widespread notoriety, rightfully so, locals and visitors simply haven’t been able to indulge in these authentic dishes before, and it has garnered vast attention ever since. From top to bottom, the restaurant hits the nail on the head when adhering to a fusion of cultures, and in doing so has been able to provide something for everyone. The stir-fry is a popular family style option with selections like Mongolian, Teriyaki, and Black Bean Garlic. The Vietnamese Pho Beef Noodle Soup comes in high regard as well, comprised of rice noodles with slices of roasted 5-spice brisket, onions, bean sprouts, basil, cilantro & scallions in robust beef stock. The Flame Roast is where the restaurant really shines, the 5-Spice Roast Chicken, an all natural chicken rubbed with the famous five spice mix, flame roasted until juicy and tender, with a nice crispiness on the outside. To bring it all together the atmosphere provides a more than welcoming, vibrant ambiance to enjoy each meal. The cleanliness is top notch, and Sam is always going the extra step to make each customer feel right at home. The Bubble Teas are fantastic drink options with flavors like honeydew and coconut. The location also offers a selection of Asian beers to tie everything together in creating a must try experience while in Boca Raton.
