Alberto and his wife Christina took a trip to Spain and noticed all the small little food kiosks that were doing phenomenal. They decided to get into the restaurant industry and reinvent themselves. They started off with just three people; Alberto, Christina, and one employee, and now have 160 people working for them. Alberto has extensive business experience and believes business is business. Alberto and Christina took their grandmotherís recipes and executed basic business philosophy. Eight years later they have three successful and highly sought after restaurants.
