After Hurricane Sandy devastated the area, owners Francesco and Fabrio Giambanco decided to rebuild, reopen, and haven’t looked back since. The Giambanco brothers and their father Sal Giambanco, have comprised a flavorful selection of dishes, and have prided themselves on their welcoming atmosphere and excellent dining experience. Having been in the business for the past eighteen years, and their father for thirty, the duo know exactly what it takes to please their customers and have been quite successful in the process. Their dishes reflect the effort that they put into the restaurant , and the popularity has grown very quickly in the area. The Veal Chop is by far the most popular item, reaching eighteen to nineteen inches long, pounded and served with fresh mozzarella, mixed greens, salt, pepper, and a balsamic glaze. Their Bang Bang Shrimp is also an item worth trying, made with romaine lettuce, tossed with pan seared sweet chili shrimp and a balsamic glaze. Their signature dish is the Chicken AcQua and is a pan seared chicken breast with steamed spinach, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese in a red sorrentino sauce, topped with shrimp. Their drink menu is also as signature as the food that they serve, putting a twist on each beverage which makes them so popular. The AcQuatini is worth giving a taste, made with premium vodkas like Belvedere, Grey Goose, and Titos. Another popular beverage off the menu is their Cucumber Mango Martinis, using organic cucumbers and making everything from scratch.
