The Chicken Teriyaki is a dish that comes widely favored, served in a healthy portion that is rich and flavorful. The Kalua Pig and Cabbage is another dish worth trying, slow cooked Hawaiian style pulled pork served with cabbage. The Spam Musubi is another authentic style dish, Grilled Spam on a bed of rice wrapped with Nori. Everything offered simply takes a island feel and holds it to a higher standard.
