Andiamo is an independently owned artisan pizza restaurant in Miamiís Historic MIMO District. It resides in the old Robert Law Weed building at 55th St. Station, a fully glass building surrounded by a picnic style outdoor seating area. Frank Crupi is one of the current chefs and owners. Frank grew up in a family in the restaurant industry, so running Andiamo comes naturally to him. Growing up in Jersey, he is a pro at making the perfect East coast pizza. Itís all about the pizza at Andiamo. They pride themselves on making world class pizza with homemade dough and sauces, fresh produce, and top notch Grande cheese. They were one of the first places to serve artisan pizza in Miami, and continue to be one of the best. Frankís favorite pizza is the New Yorker, their take on a margarita pizza, with fresh mozzarella, olive oil, tomato, parmesan, and basil. You canít go wrong with the classics.
