Monica McCown and her business partner Lee Kaleel have been working together at a few different restaurants for many years. They decided that they wanted to open their own restaurant where they could focus their attention on all the details that employers they worked for in the past missed. They took the opportunity to improve upon their experiences and opened Artisanís Table in Orlando. Monica described Artisanís Tableís cuisine as Creative American. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, they wanted to offer an eclectic mix of dishes that doesnít fit any specific category except delicious. The Japanese Breakfast Bowl is a great breakfast dish; sticky rice, egg, bacon, sweet chili sauce, and togarashi. The Shredded Zucchini Salad topped with marinara sauce and served with grilled sourdough bread is a customer favorite. The juicy burgers are another popular lunch item. For dinner, Artisanís Table offers a more upscale menu with influences from all over the globe. Monica explained that they change the menu seasonally to be able to offer the freshest ingredients in their dishes. Artisanís Table has a full craft cocktail bar where they make all their own mixes and syrups, from pre-prohibition style cocktails to innovative new drinks. The restaurant also has a full craft coffee bar where they create special espresso drinks using locally roasted coffees and only the freshest of ingredients. Artisanís Table has a small private dining area that is perfect for meetings and small gatherings.
