Boca Skewers, Boca Raton FL | Merchant Profile

Anna Sarkisyan has always loved the restaurant business. When she moved from New York to Boca Raton, she decided to open her own. She learned a lot from her husband’s parents, who were always in the food business. Anna found Boca Skewers after a few months of living in Florida and was immediately drawn to the restaurant because it looked so cute and unique. It wasnít working out for the previous owners, but when Anna and her husband bought it, they brought the restaurant to the next level. It was difficult at first; the economy was not doing well and they had to make a name for themselves. Today, nine years later, Anna explained that they are doing so well and are always very busy. Inside of Boca Skewers, you will find many beautiful pieces of artwork created by local artists that customers love to admire.Boca Skewers is a laid back, unique, authentic Mediterranean restaurant.
