Bricco was established in February of 2006 and is celebrating their 10th anniversary in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Bill Collier, General Manager and Executive Chef, explained that Bricco has a Mediterranean feel with a local twist. Bricco is heavily focused on local ingredients from local farmers. Bricco is open for dinner seven days a week, including a Monday through Friday Happy Hour. The Short Rib has always been a popular item and on the menu from the beginning. Over the years they have changed the preparation, but it has always been highly loved. The Sage Paradelle with Duck Ragout has been a staple since day one. All the pastas are made in-house by hand.Bricco has a 14 person private tasting room and six-course tasting menus. Bill explained they are working on off-site pop-up dinners for invite-only guests.
