Budís Restaurant in Nashua is owned by Roula Grillakis. Budís was opened in 1962, but Roula and her husband took over in 1986. The couple came from Greece, specifically Athens and Crete. They moved to the states in 1979. Roula works hard to create a good life for her kids. Sometimes she works seven days a week and gets to hours before opening to prepare the food from scratch. Many customers say Budís has the best breakfast in New Hampshire. Budís special is very popular. It comes with eggs, choice of meat, home fries, and toast. The home fries cut every morning so theyíre always fresh. They also have great lunches. Pot roast, Greek salad, and Roulaís brother’s lamb tips are crowd favorites. They also have daily soup specials which are all made from scratch. Budís is open everyday 6 AM-2 PM Monday-Saturday and 6 AM-1 PM on Sundays. Check it out for the best breakfast in town!
