Gary Bullard is the owner of Bullardís American Cafe in Warminster, Pennsylvania. He opened the cafe on March 5, 2015. His goal was to open a small place and focus on breakfast and lunch. Gary is no stranger to the restaurant industry. He has been cooking since he was 15 years old and has restaurant experience all over the country. He has brought his range of cooking styles, such as Texas BBQ, to the kitchen at Bullardís American Cafe.At Bullardís, everything is fresh. Gary says he doesnít buy processed meats; everything is roasted in house, and he makes his own corned beef hash. One of his prized creations is his Sriracha Bacon, which is featured in many meals. For breakfast, Gary recommends the Blackstone. It is similar to an eggs benedict, and contains swiss cheese sauce and sliced tomato. A barbeque favorite on the menu is the Pulled Pork sandwich, smoked in house, with melted cheddar, on a toasted brioche bun. The American Cuban is another popular choice, with black forest ham, pulled pork, and swiss cheese. Make sure to save room for a delicious pastry or some ice cream for dessert. Gary says he wants his customers to leave knowing they got a hot and tasty breakfast and a good cup of coffee at a reasonable price. Bullardís sees a lot of regular customers. Garyís favorite part of his job is the people he gets to meet and work with. Bullardís American Cafe is open Tuesday-Sunday for breakfast and lunch. They offer dinner twice a week.
