Over 10 years ago, an aspiring chef from Italy came to New York and found himself working at an Italian restaurant with a Maitre’D that was equally as hopeful. Fast forward to August 2015 when Giancarlo Di Maggio, the aspiring chef and William Conte, the Maitre’D opened the doors to Cassariano Italian Eatery in Mineola, New York. Cassariano Italian Eatery creates authentic, contemporary dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients that are plated as culinary art.
