The South Philly is a dawg topped with sharp provolone, spicy mustard and sauteed onion. While, the Chicago is made with mustard, relish, onion, tomato, pickles, peppers and celery salt. Naturally, the New England features Bushís Baked Beans and the Carolina features house made cole slaw. If one is feeling up to for a herculean challenge, why not take on the Beast? The Beast is two feet of world renowned dawg with your choice of toppings and smothered in cheese. To earn a coveted spot on the wall of fame vanquish The Beast in the allotted ten minutes. Succeed and youíll also get a really cool t-shirt.The Grilled Cheese options include a BYO or build your own with your choice of bread and cheese.
