In 1985, Pete Massaro the Thirdís father, Pete Jr, opened Cobblestoneís Pub. At the time he was only 26 years old and the youngest restaurateur in the area. Now, Cobblestoneís Pub is one of the longest running restaurants on Queens Boulevard! Pete the Third started working at the pub when he was just nine years old. He would help his father out by cleaning the bar and bathrooms and worked his way up from there. Now, Pete is only 30 years old but has 20 years experience in the industry.Cobblestoneís Pub has always been known for their delicious ribs. The mouthwatering baby back pork ribs fall right off the bone. Aside from ribs, they have the best burgers and wings in town! Each and everything is made fresh – Pete Jr. picks up fresh ingredients twice a day! Cobblestoneís Pub offers 18 beers on tap and promises the coldest beer youíve ever had. ìWhile other places just refrigerate the beer, we ice it down every day all day long,î explained Pete the Third. Cobblestoneís Pub is always offering different specials. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can purchase $5 Jose Cuervo Margaritas – classic, mango or strawberry, frozen or on the rocks. All winter long they offer $5 Stoli Cosmos. Each weekday during happy hour, pints of Bud Light are $3 and any other draft beer pint is $4. Cobblestoneís Pub is so into sports, they have their own basketball court in the backyard! ìThe court is something for the neighborhood – kids come over to play on their lunch break from school!î explained Pete. Cobblestoneís Pub offers specials during any New York sports game; 35 cent chicken wings, $10 pitchers of Bud Light and $15 pitchers of any other draft.
