Conshohocken Cafe was opened by Michael Oraschewsky in 2010. He started in the industry working as a busser, bartender, and server. He has been a restaurant owner for the past 14 years. Before opening the Conshohocken Cafe, he owned a smaller place. When the family next door sold their cafe, he bought it so he could expand his current place and provide a larger menu. Michaelís goal was to have a place that everyone could enjoy. He wanted customers to feel at home and enjoy food that looked good and tasted even better. The cafe has an open kitchen so the staff can interact with the customers. Conshohocken Cafe serves breakfast and lunch classics. They have traditional favorites and their own creative items.
