Growing up, brothers John and Dave Constant always knew they wanted to be in business together. In 1990, with the assistance of their father Skip, they took their families traditional Italian recipes and opened Constantly Pizza. John shares with us how important it is for them to keep all the recipes authentic. Everyday they make their own pizza dough and sauce. All the cheese for the pizzas is blended in house. The vegetables on the Salad Bar in the Concord location are used on the pizza are hand cut daily as are all the meats. The pizzas come in a choice of sizes and crusts and can also be ordered as a calzone. A very popular pizza is the Chicken Caesar featuring, marinated chicken, tomatoes, Feta cheese, olive oil, and garlic. Another favorite is the Buffalo Chicken made with buffalo chicken, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing sauce. In fact, the house made Buffalo Sauce is one of the restaurant’s most popular items. Itís not only found on the pizzas but in sandwiches, salads, and of course, wings. The salad offerings include a Crispy Cordon Bleu with breaded chicken, honey ham, and Swiss cheese as well as an Antipasto featuring ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Constantly Pizza offers a large selection of subs too including the Italian Stallion with roast beef, ham, and salami. Also the Philly Steak, with a choice of cheese, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Subs can be served on sandwich rolls, wraps, or in-house made pita pockets. Desserts at Constantly Pizza include scratch made cookies and cannolis. Also pastries from the Italian North End of Boston. The restaurants serve beer and wine and they can do drop off catering for parties up to 300 people. John tells us, itís important to give back to their communities.
