Cotton, is the multi award winning restaurant of Chef and owner Jeffrey Paige. Located in the historic Millyard District of  Manchester, The District, once home to the world’s largest textile manufacturing mills, is the inspiration for the name Cotton. Paige, who has cooked for luminaries including; George H.W. Bush and John Kerry and called the late Julia Child an old friend, pioneered New Hampshire’s early farm to table movement. The eclectically decorated space, featuring art from New Hampshire illustrator Jim Burke, is an inviting, casually upscale atmosphere. Cotton perennially wins the  ìBest Martinis in New Hampshireî award. And features an ever changing variety of seasonally inspired specialty drinks and Sangrias. Current offerings include a Cucumber Spritzer, with Prairie Cucumber Vodka, Muddled Mint, Cucumber syrup and Lemon wedge with Villa Cornaro Prosecco. Also a Lavender Gin Martini, with Hendrick’s Gin, Jeff’s Homemade Lavender Syrup, fresh squeezed lemon and splash of soda water. The wine list is deep, offering multiple selections available by the bottle and glass.Seasonally inspired starters include; The Crab Cakes, a pair of pan-seared cakes of fresh lump and snow crabmeat with spicy honey chipotle aioli over black bean corn salsa. Also an amazing Gazpacho, filled with fresh vegetables. Popular entrees include; the Almond-Crusted Turkey Schnitzel, with cheddar cheese gratinee, bourbon applesauce, mashed potatoes and buttered green beans and the Grilled Lamb Steak.
