One of their most popular dishes is the Namche Bazar Ko Sekuwa, which is made with chunks of boneless goat meat marinated in Nepalese spices, cooked to perfection in tandoor, and served on a sizzling cast iron platter. Another very traditional Nepalese dish is the Gorkhali Khasi that consists of bone-in goat meat stewed in flavorful Nepalese spices and delicious sauce with tomatoes, onions, and more spices.  A unique fan favorite is a delicious dish that contains bamboo chutes soaked in chili oil with potatoes and black-eyed peas. It is a traditional Southeast Asian dish that has a combination of great flavors and textures. When it comes to Indian cuisine, Cuminís Chicken Makhani, or Butter Chicken, is very popular. The dish starts off with spice-marinated boneless dark meat chicken cooked in tandoor and then is simmered in rich creamy tomato sauce. The Dai Makhani is a favorite as well and is made with overnight soaked black lentils that are cooked in Makhani sauce with Indian spices. The Chicken Tikka Masala has gotten rave reviews from customers who claim that it is the best Chicken Tikka Masala they have ever had in their life. This is a huge compliment since that dish is one of the most popular meals in Indian cuisine. Tuesday through Sunday Cumin features an amazing lunch buffet that is all you can eat.
