Diamond Jim Bradyís Bistro is owned and operated by Mary Brady ñ who is among the first female certified executive chefs in Michigan. The restaurant has been at this location in Novi, Michigan since 2011.This small but gorgeous bistro offers many wonderful delicacies for lunch and dinner. Everything is chef made in-house daily, including their own breads, soups, stocks and desserts, to ensure quality and flavor. This neighborhood bistro also welcomes a great bar crowd ñ the bar seats about a dozen people and is full nearly every night.At Diamond Jim Bradyís Bistro, you will find a little of everything. To start, order the ëGiant Pot OíMusslesí, about two pounds of mussels served in a spicy tomato sauce. Vegetarians love the ëMediterranean Plankí which includes hummus, fried artichoke, tapenade, roasted garlic and crisp pitas. For an entree, the ëSteak Dianeí is very popular ñ a sliced petite fillet served with mushroom brandy sauce, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Another favorite is the ëCrusty Mustard Chicken Breastí; chicken breast marinated in basil oil, dijon rubbed, and basil bread compote, served with cheddar mashed potatoes and spinach.
