Dicor is a family owned and operated Italian and Argentinian restaurant in North Andover. It is owned by Veronica, and her parents, George and Connie. They opened on June 8, 2015. The family wanted to open an Italian restaurant, and decided to add Argentinian food as well, because there were no options in the area. They would have to drive to New York for good Argentinian food. Veronica says that they love having a small restaurant, because one of the owners can be there at all times and they can be involved with everything. Dicor is an abbreviated name for an Argentinian saint named Difunta Correa. Dicor specializes in homemade Italian and Argentinian cuisine. One of their popular dishes is the Entrana: skirt steak with homemade chimichurri sauce. Veronica recommends her motherís Canelones Alla Bechemel, made with scratch made crepes stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese or choice of meat, then topped with tomato and cream sauce. Dicor is family friendly, so kids of all ages are welcome. They have a list of delicious homemade desserts. For adults, they serve wine, beer, and house sangria. The family prides themselves on having amazing service. The chef always walks around and talks to customers, making sure theyíre satisfied. Dicor is open seven days a week. They have indoor and outdoor seating available year round. Try Dicor and you wonít be disappointed!
