F. OíMahonyís is a quaint neighborhood pub that opened in Chicago, Illinois in 2007. Rainer Zach, Dominic OíMahony, and Michael Patrick Collins are the owners of the bar and focus on good food, stiff drinks, and good times. The menu has an eclectic array of American cuisine including soups and salads, sandwiches, burgers, and other classic fare. One favorite off the menu is their Fish and Chips that is made with beer battered cod, tartar sauce, lemon, and their homemade coleslaw. The Waffle Batter Chicken Fingers is one of their more unique dishes and is garnished with powdered sugar and spicy buffalo maple syrup. F. OíMahonyís also serves a delicious brunch on Sundays from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The brunch features unlimited mimosas and a variety of great breakfast and lunch dishes. Of course, the bar also has a wonderful selection of drinks to pick from. They focus on craft beers, microbrews, and American whiskeys. Being an Irish pub, you can be sure that the drinks are stiff and tasty. F. OíMahonyís atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming with a helpful and friendly staff. It has a very ìCheersî like ambiance where everyone knows your name. The pub may be quaint, but during summers their large patio is open and can seat 170 people. The next time youíre in town make sure to stop by F. OíMahonyís for a meal and experience that you wonít forget!
