Another popular option is a signature dish, The Dol Sot Bibimbap presented in a special sizzling stone bowl, featuring a choice of beef, chicken, pork, tofu, vegetarian or shrimp presented over rice. Giwa also serves soups and stews such as; Yook Gae Jang a spicy beef soup with shredded flank beef, vermicelli noodles, egg and vegetables in a spicy beef broth and Kimchi Jigae a spicy kimchi stew with tender pork, tofu and onion.
