The restaurant was established in 1954 by their grandparents. John and Keith took over in 1989. The family has a loyal staff that has become like part of their family. Much of their staff has been for 20-30 years. John says his favorite part of owning the restaurant is that he gets to spend time with his family and never has to miss out on anything with his kids.
