Delivering quality, upscale service to the West Palm Beach area, Jardin Restaurant has successfully earned its spot as one of the go-to places while in the area. In a casual, non pretentious fashion, owner’s Stephanie Cohen and Jordan Lermin have provided a New Modern American style cuisine. Having worked in the industry for fifteen years, Stephanie and Jordan certainly know what it takes to have a successful restaurant and they have implemented that into their own location, putting service and quality dishes at the forefront of their priorities. Jardin Restaurant has sought to implement New York style food to West Palm Beach, because the area demanded it, and the item selection is chef driven and unique. Their Crispy Hummus is a great starter and is served with shaved chorizo and Lemon Aioli. Their Charcuterie Board comes highly regarded and is all made in house, offering six different types at all times. The different types of Lomo are also worth giving a try, backed by Executive Chef Jordan Lermin, each dish is consistent and there is something for everyone on their menu. Jardin also excels in their dessert menu, fueled by pastry chef Stephanie Cohen, and really brings the menu full circle. Their Fondue is great for groups, offering Cinnamon Marshmallow, Orange Madeleines, Doughnut Holes, Key Lime Bites, Fruits, and Caramel. Stephanie also recommends indulging in their Tres Leches, a more refined version of what would originally be expected. The delicious treat is comprised of mixed berries, coconut gelee, crispy meringues, yellow cake, and butterscotch ice cream. The location offers different ambiances to suit the mood of each party that comes. The seating outside in the front offers a casual feel, adhering to the groups that just want to be social and enjoy their meal. The back is geared to a relaxing, beautiful setting, to enjoy eachotherís company, and the inside is everything you’d expect from a high end casual dining experience. Unique to the restaurant, Jardin offers the opportunity to sit at the Chefís Counter, an eight seat area that can be reserved, giving the opportunity to overlook the kitchen and be served directly from the chefs. This offers a more personal experience that allows you to see the intricate process it takes to make each dish. A hot commodity, the restaurant also offers the option every Monday to buy tickets for the eight seat counter top, offering fifteen courses with an option of wine pairing. Stephanie and Jordan pride themselves on bringing something new to the table and have done so successfully. They are very customer conscious, always wanting to improve the experience for each person that comes through their doors. The wine selection is unique, focusing on offering different types that their customers have never heard of before. Stephanie always makes it a point to be on the floor during open hours, immersing herself into the dining experience so her customers can receive the utmost satisfaction. Stopping by is worth the visit and will provide an excellent dining experience.
