Their most popular item is Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream, a well known item from Hawaii that Jimboís receives exclusively weekly. They sell sixteen different flavors, offering variations such as Chocolate Espresso, Chocolate Mint, Passion Fruit, and Mango among many others. People also come in to get their hands on the Marianne’s Ice Cream, from Santa Cruz, also implemented into their Shakes and Floats. Being the only dessert shop in Japantown, it has been important for the team at Jimboís to provide a fun, heightened experience while keeping the treats at a top quality. The Hawaiian style shaved Ice is another item that hits the spot, offering flavors like Blue Bubblegum, Mango, Pineapple, and combinations like Tigerís Blood which is a fusion of Watermelon, Strawberry, and Coconut. The location also makes great foods such as their different variations on the hot dog. One of their more unique options, the Jimbo Roll, is comprised of Nori, Hot Dog, Rice, Takuan, Jimboís Hot Sauce. The Floats and Shakes come highly favored, and they also serve Cold Beer.
