Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ was established in June of 2008 by Andy Schneider and Therese Hittman. Therese and Andy have a strong passion for food and it shows in their creations. Famous for their beautiful and equally delicious pastries, Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ uses the finest ingredients to provide the best quality. General manager Cat Yee Cramton is happily responsible for guest experiences. Growing up working at her parent’s Chinese restaurant, Cat has done every job you can do in a restaurant. She understands all that goes into this business, from washing dishes to running the front of the house. Cat loves meeting new people and thrives on ensuring guests enjoy their time at Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ.The building used to be home to a bank. When Andy and Therese renovated they tore down some paneling and found beautiful brickwork lining the walls. They added some new windows and saved some of the buildingís marble to use for chocolate work. They repurposed a lot while creating the French bistro look. Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ provides a welcoming atmosphere while offering high-quality food. In the beginning, Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ was just a sandwich and salad shop where you placed your order at the counter. Over time, it developed into a larger menu with table service. Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ has always created wonderful desserts. Everything is made in house, from the sauces to the pastries, using local ingredients whenever possible. Start your meal off with ëCrostini de Brieí; warm brie on a baguette topped with local honey cracked black pepper. One of the most popular items on Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈís traditional French menu is the ëFilet de Boeufí; juicy beef tenderloin with cambozola cheese, a black pepper aioli and caramelized onions on a fresh baguette. Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ change their entrees seasonally to offer more options and keep selections fresh. You cannot leave Le RÍve Patisserie & CafÈ without a pastry – made fresh twice daily with the highest quality French chocolate.
