Lindsay Lipovich started working in the restaurant industry when she was in college. A couple of years ago, Lindsayís entrepreneur father was looking for something to invest in, and decided to invest in her. Lindsay was commuting from Connecticut to New York City and was getting tired of the drive and the cold. Her dad asked if she wanted to come down to Delray Beach and open a restaurant, and the rest is history. They opened Liloís on March 1st, 2014. Lindsay really enjoys serving people good food and creating an environment where they can have a great time. When people dine in ìThe Gardenî, they feel like they are in their own back yard, just hanging out, enjoying life and delicious food. Liloís many taco selections are their most popular menu item, the ëShrimp Tacosí being on the top of the list. Customers also rave about their small sandwiches, including the ëLobster Rollí and the ëBilly Goatí; a goat cheese fig spread and arugula on toasted ciabatta bread. Lindsay recommends adding bacon, because everythingís better with bacon! For brunch, order the delicious ëMexican Egg Skilletí; Spanish rice, sauteed peppers, onions, and cheese, all baked in the oven and topped with two over-easy eggs. Add spicy beef to make your meal complete!Liloís offers online ordering and delivery before 5:00 pm, and takes reservations for dinner only. Have Liloís cater your next event! Lindsay regularly caters parties of twenty-five to a couple hundred guests. Liloís has many craft beers, both bottled and on tap. The three drafts are constantly rotating offering new selections. Their homemade sangria is a big hit, along with their fresh-squeezed lemonade. Liloís also has great Happy Hour drink specials. Liloís is "the only place on the Abbey that you can take $5, get a beer, get a taco, and tip the waitress."
