Linaís Taverna is a Mediterranean style restaurant located in Boca Raton, Florida. Owner Louis Elosta, named this restaurant after his wife Lina. After separating from a franchise called Aladdinís, Elosta added more Greek dishes to the menu so that the restaurant would have a larger variety than the traditional Lebanese dishes that Aladdinís originally did.In order to make Linaís more unique, Elosta and his friend Pierre Masaed, the current general manager at Linaís, decided to create more signature dishes. Some of the bestsellers are the Grilled Octopus, Chicken or Beef Kabobs, and Salmon. Additionally, a fan favorite is the Flavor Savor. This plate includes lemon rice with chopped spinach, dark meat chicken, a side of ground beef with grilled onions, hummus, a side salad, and a falafel appetizer.What makes Linaís Taverna truly special is its signature house hot sauce.
