Originally opened in 2002 and located on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, Maison Carlos moved to its present location in 2010. Owners Carlos and Lanie were seeking a smaller and more intimate space where they could provide the service and quality their customers had grown to expect over the years in the restaurant’s original location. Now in the El Cid neighborhood, the restaurant features eleven tables smartly clad with white tablecloths and exudes the exacting standard Carlos expects. On a personal note, Carlos began in the business as a busboy after emigrating from his native Chile. Now at Maison Carlos, he puts forth the work of his passion while also being able to spend more time with Lanie and son Alex.Maison Carlos is an elegantly simple restaurant featuring a French/Continental Italian Cuisine.
