Mama Lisa was established by Nino Costigliola in May of 2000. By the twelfth year in business, Mama Lisa grew to be so popular, Nino expanded to accommodate the customers and grew the restaurant into what it is today. Nino was born in the United States but moved to Italy in the 1990s, where he was trained to cook in Naples. Ninoís family has been in the restaurant industry for 40 years. Mama Lisaís is dedicated to providing classic, traditional Italian cooking with a homemade taste.One of Mama Lisaís signature dishes is the ëSeafood Platterí that contains shrimp, scungilli, calamari, clams, mussels and half a lobster.
