Market Bistro was established in November of 2011 by Bill Holden and Adam Acerra. Bill owns and operates West End Cafe in Carle Place, and Adam was previously a bartender there. Bill and Adam decided to open Market Bistro together to bring the farm fresh concept to Long Island. Adam has been in the restaurant business since he was a teenager, and Bill has been in the industry his entire life. They are proud to be apart of such a great community in Jericho.Market Bistro utilizes farms in the area and on the island, and their cheeses are from Hudson Valley. Market Bistro serves great quality food in a casual atmosphere. The Organic Chicken is a customer favorite; skillet roasted served with jardiniere vegetables, spaetzle, and thyme jus. The Tuna Tartare is a must try, with ginger aioli, Thai vinaigrette, pickled cucumber, and potato chips. The specials that Executive Chef Chuck Treadwell creates are always hot sellers.
