Bringing a slice of New York City to LAX, our New Yorker chef Ronald ‘Ronnie’ Ianniello reproduces his grandma’s 6-hour marinara to compliment his classic thin crust. Water matters our reverse osmosis filter mirrors New York’s water, but to create the perfect crust, it’s more than water and it’s more than following a recipe. At Melody Pizza, we follow grandma’s advice for making good pizza: use fresh ingredients only, make everything in-house, buy locally, and make every pie to order. So, when we run out of dough we have to close the doors for the day.
