Mesa Cafe and Grill is located at 100 Rolfe Street in Cranston. The restaurant has become popular for serving some of the best breakfasts and Mexican food in Cranston. Owner and Chef Ismael opened this family owned restaurant in 2005. Ismael started working in the hospitality business when he was very young. He worked in 5 star hotels in both Acapulco and Cancun.
