Ann waitressed during her time in business school and also has a passion for cooking. Nori specializes in Thai cuisine, sushi, and ramen. All of the food is made fresh in their scratch kitchen, using the highest quality ingredients. Their ramen won an award in 2014 for being the best ramen in the county. One of the most popular ramen dishes is the Spicy Miso Ramen. It is made with Noriís spicy bean paste broth, Chashu pork, bocchoy, corn, bean sprouts, kikurage mushrooms, seasoned broiled egg, sesame, scallions, and hot sesame oil. Ann recommends trying their delicious sushi and sashimi, which is both delicious and beautifully presented.
