Our Passion at the Trio is a brand new restaurant that opened in July of 2016 whose cuisine is inspired by the flavors of the world. Husband and wife, Paul Lobeck and Argelia Novoa, own and operate the restaurant, while Paul acts as the Executive Chef as well. The name and logo for the restaurant, which is an eternal symbol for fire, comes from Paulís passion and love for cooking and good food. The restaurant has received rave reviews for its phenomenal food and indulgent atmosphere. Our Passion was designed to be very warm and comfortable where guests are encouraged to take their time and hangout. The staff is friendly and helpful and will never rush or pressure you to leave, but instead will urge you to sit back and relax. They are also great at suggesting drink pairings to perfectly compliment your meal. The menu at Our Passion at the Trio is full of a variety of different cuisines and flavors. Thereís definitely a dish that can satisfy any craving on the menu. The Sweet Georgia Corn Fritters are one of the most popular appetizers that are highly addictive. They are made with fresh corn, grated cheddar cheese, and come with a roasted red pepper aioli sauce. The Caramelized Bacon & Onion Dip is a close second when it comes to appetizers, thatís heated with cheddar cheese melted on top. When it comes to entrees, El Chichon, which is named after a volcano in Mexico, is one of Our Passionís most creative and popular dishes. The plate consists of seasoned yellow rice, slow cooked chipotle pulled pork, sautÈed peppers and onions, fresh Pico de Gallo and cilantro avocado cream sauce on a fried tortilla. All the ingredients are piled on top of each other and actually resemble a volcano erupting on a plate. All of Our Passionís desserts are made in-house from scratch and are just as creative as the El Chichon dish. Jojoís Smile, a peach cobbler empanada, was actually a creation thought up by Paulís son and has become one of their most popular desserts. In addition to their delicious food, Our Passion at the Trio also offers a full bar stocked with great drinks and spirits. Master mixologist Charlie Narvaez actually created five signature drinks exclusively for the restaurant. Just A Kiss, Da-Vine, Keepiní It Cool, Heat Of Passion, and Sensual Moon Margarita are all his original creations that give Our Passion at the Trio a unique and one-of-a-kind taste.
