Pampalasa’s menu reflects what many American-born Filipinos grew up with in their homes, but with just a touch of our own personal twist using healthier local ingredients and techniques. Many of our fruits and vegetables are seasonal from around the Bay Area and our meats and seafood are wild/sustainable whenever possible. Our menu is infused with a fine balance between incorporating modern sensibilities and respecting our cultural roots. It is a balance and mix of both traditional and modern dishes. Simple, yet fresh.
