Pazza Notte was established in August of 2001, one month before September 11th. In the very beginning, they were just a tiny to-go place. When the shoe store next door lost their lease, Pazza Notte took over and opened the wall that was separating the two stores. They added a bar towards the end of 2001, achieving their goal of owning a bar. Pazza Notte eventually saw a demand for food and responded to their customers. ìWe really didn’t try to make the food stand out but it did!î explained Ghani Elmardi, the owner. ìPeople responded to it and loved the Italian food we were making.îGhani recognises how much Pazza Notte has evolved over the last 15 years. They went through many changes, including an expanded menu. Many of their highly popular items stayed the same, including their lasagna, cajun chicken, and margarita pizza. Pazza Notte constantly adds new items that they experiment with and are constantly refining, including Italian tapas. When they opened the bar, they created a menu of fourteen different martinis – from classic to signature choices. Every day for the past thirteen years, Pazza Notte has offered two-for-one martinis, from 5:00 pm until close. Customers love that they can relax and enjoy great food and delicious drinks in a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Whether you work in the area or are staying the night at one of the many nearby hotels, Pazza Notte is a great place to go for lunch, dinner, and drinks.
