Pho Brothers is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. Bao, the owner, had 10 years experience in the industry, working in Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants in Denver, before opening his own business. He chose the name Pho Brothers because of his four siblings and because their specialty is Pho. Business started slow in the beginning, but since an interview with The Gazette they have been picking up and customers and reviewers alike are loving the food. They won Top Vietnamese Cuisine in the area. Pho Brotherís makes all their food from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. Pho is the signature dish on their menu. Customers love Baoís motherís Seafood Pho. They have delicious twists on the classics like egg rolls, spring rolls, and crab rangoon. All are served with their sauces like their house made peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Bao also recommends the Bun Bo Kho, which is beef stew in a spicy lemongrass broth. .Phoís is open every day except Tuesday. They offer delivery within a two mile radius. The restaurant has is cosy and clean. Bao hopes to expand both their menu and bar to offer more options and include drinks and happy hour specials.
