The Portsmouth Publick House is owned by serial entrepreneur Mark Libby. After the 2008 economic meltdown, Mark found himself a refugee of the mortgage business. As a lifetime lover of food and a self taught chef, the restaurant business beckoned. Mark tells us his culinary skills can be traced back to his pair of Grandmothers and lots of Julia Child on TV. He says the best part of the business is working with customers and making them happy. Everything in The Portsmouth Publick House is homemade.
