Provencal Bakery has been baking artisan bread commercially since 1998. In 2010 owner Brenda Sabbag decided to develop a visible retail location and opened Provencal Bakery and Cafe. Prior to Provencal, Brenda spent 20 years in the commercial printing business. Her previous culinary experience was limited to working in the galley of large sailing ships in college. She always loved to bake, all the recipes used in the Bakery and Cafeí are old school style cooking.
