For Henry, cooking has always been a passion. For years his friends and family begged him to open a restaurant. The time was finally right in August of 2015, and Quiqueís Taqueria was born. Everything Henry offers at his restaurant is very much like the food he ate growing up – Mexican comfort food. Almost all of his dishes are based off of family recipes. At Quiqueís Taqueria, Henry loves to dress up his beans with seasoning, salsa and cheese. This adds much more flavor and pizazz than traditional refried beans, which tend to be a little bland. Quiqueís Taqueria offers several different varieties of salsa, each containing a different level of spice. This way, whether you prefer your salsa smoking hot or rather mild, you still can enjoy it. Start your meal with the ëQuique Friesí; french fries smothered a tasty nacho cheese sauce, topped with chorizo, pico de gallo and sour cream. The ëMexican Pizzaí is another highly popular menu item. A couple of flour tortillas with a layer of beans in between are topped with salsa, cheese, steak, pico de gallo and sour cream. At Quiqueís Taqueria, customers rave about the burritos. They love how much meat is stuffed into one tortilla and that it is not filled with rice. Henry wants you to get a mouthful of substance with every bite. Same goes for the tamales – Henry uses tons of meat and a little bit of dough. A lot of flavor brings a lot of compliments. Head to Quiqueís Taqueria to experience delicious Mexican cuisine first hand.
