Quitoís, located at 411 Thames Street in Bristol is a family owned and operated restaurant. The business was started in 1954 as a fish market by Joanne and Peter Quito. In the 1990ís their son Al began serving the familyís seafood recipes to diners at a few tables. As the popularity of the restaurant grew so did its size. Today, Quitoís can seat 50 people inside and another 60 to 70 outside. Al tells us his mother still works in the business as a hostess. His children also work with him.
