Rheaís Kitchen is named after the sister of chef and owner Jimmy. Jimmy started working in the restaurant business right out of high school. For the last 26 years heís owned the restaurant and his primary goal is to make people happy. Rheaís uses only the highest quality wild caught seafood, free range poultry and Angus certified beef. The house speciality is the famous bbq baby back ribs, tender, meaty, and fall off the bone deliciousness! Slowly cooked and seasoned with a secret rub to give the ribs a slight heat and then covered with their sweet bbq sauce and they do not disappoint. Another favorite is the Certified Angus Ribeye, a big 16oz steak. Seasoned with salt and pepper. grilled to your liking. Served with a choice of baked potato, steak fries or rice pilaf.
