Restaurant owner and chef Tony came to Milwaukee only eight months ago after he and his partner sold their Manhattan restaurant business ten years ago. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand and with an Industrial Management background, Tonyís passion for bringing authentic Thai food to the people of Milwaukee shines through. He and his partnerís goal was to open a Thai and sushi fusion restaurant. The dream was realized when they found a spot in Milwaukee to set up shop. The interior of Rice N Roll was designed by Tony himself, featuring sleek light wood walls and a bar sets them apart from other Thai restaurants in the area. The large and unique menu at Rice N Roll features a long list of signature entrees and sushi rolls. The restaurant even rotates a new specials menu three times a year that includes new and exciting creations guests have never seen before. If you are in a hurry for some curry, the ëKhaosoyí is the dish for you. The dish begins with a curry paste that is made in house and then egg noodles are simmered in the paste and coconut soup. The most popular sushi roll is the ëKomodo Dragoní with spicy tuna, avocado, and cucumber, topped with tobiko and unagi sauce, artistically decorated to resemble a dragon. Rice N Roll is a modern day take on tasty traditional Thai cuisine.
