Executive Chef Richard Lanza established Ristegioís in 2014. The restaurant resides in the building where former restaurant Pat & Jimís was located for 60 years, the same restaurant where Richard started his first food industry job. Richard attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, and has since worked at many upscale restaurants in New York and Florida.
