Brothers Peter and George Panagakis grew up working for their fatherís (also named Peter) restaurant that he owned for 25 years. Peter and George learned all different aspects of the industry. After a break, all three of them decided to get back into the restaurant business again and opened Savoury in 2006. This breakfast and lunch cafe offers delicious, creative dishes in a warm and beautiful environment. Customers rave about Savouryís skirt steak. The steak is marinated for three days before it is cooked and served in the ëSteak Fajita Skilletí, ëTen-Men Steak Benedictí, or ëSteak and Eggsí. The ëMeat Lovers Skilletí is also a huge hit; ham, bacon and sausage with hash browns, eggs and delicious cheeses. If you have more of a sweet tooth, try the ëItalian French Toastí, sweetened mascarpone cheese layered between tasty french toast slices topped with strawberries and granola.Savoury hosts private parties in the late afternoon and evenings, after the restaurant has closed for the day. Everything from business meetings to surprise birthday parties, Savoury can accommodate 150 people comfortably. In the summertime, they even have an outdoor patio! A unique feature at Savoury is their coffee bar that offers gourmet Italian/Greek based coffees with a twist. The ëNutella Latteí is a huge hit. The Panagakis family takes a lot of pride in the way their coffee comes out. Savoury is planning some exciting changes coming in 2016, including a whole new organic juice bar!
