The Settlement began as a Viking Port, and indeed, the word Quay is actually defined: A wharf formed towards the sea or at the side of a harbour for convenience of loading or unloading goods. In 2003 Brian remodeled restaurant Adorning the walls with murals of Cork during the nineteenth century. The separate and cozy bar area is adorned with books giving it the feel of a library.Sullivanís Quay features menu items for every palate.
