Owner Victor Chang opened the original Sushi-teria in 2006 at the Citigroup Center in New York. He is proud to announce that only one month ago a new location in the Empire State building opened. The innovative concept behind Sushi-teria is all about making and serving up quick high-quality sushi. Sushi-teria is perfect for those who are on the go, but do not want to sacrifice their lunch hour for typical fast food. Never pre-packaged, every order at Sushi-teria is made to order within seven minutes of the order being placed. Order and pay from your smartphone ahead of time or go into either location and place and pay for your order on the mounted ipads. Even through the use of the iPads, all orders are fully customizable; customers can add or take away any ingredients within a roll. Sushi-teria will send a text when your order is ready and will email a receipt. The first of its kind, Sushi-teria will allow you to pick and chose each piece of sushi in your box. Place an order for a maki-bite to pick and choose from a wide assortment of unique and traditional sushi rolls. The most widely ordered roll at Sushi-teria is the ëCrunchy East Roll,í which features eight pieces of sushi filled with avocado and cucumber and topped with spicy salmon, scallions, eel sauce and Sriracha. Along with the high-quality sushi, customers will also find home brewed low sodium soy sauce held in a container shaped perfectly to fit a sushi bite.
