Tallulah Wine Bar & Bistro originally opened in February of 2010. Mario Camaj was working as a manager at one of the ownerís restaurants when he was presented with the opportunity to buy Tallulah, so he jumped at the chance. In July of 2013 Mario became the new owner of Tallulah Wine Bar and Bistro. As the new owner, Mario decided to bring in Chef Geftos to help him change up the menu and make the restaurant more approachable to guests. They also expanded the menu giving guests more choices and styles to pick from. Mario describes Tallulah as a modern American bistro that has a French and Italian flare. They focus on using the highest quality ingredients and sourcing their food locally. All their pasta is made fresh, in-house daily along with their sauces. One of Tallulahís most popular dishes is the Lamb Belly Ragu. It is made with papperdelle pasta and come with a poached egg, pecorino romano, and basil. Their Roasted Rack of Lamb is also a customer favorite that comes with charred eggplant, sweet bell peppers, and homemade tzatziki. Tallulahís menu is very diverse and changes seasonally at least four times a year. Tallulah Wine Bar & Bistro is also known for its extensive and one-of-a-kind wine list. They feature over 300 wines ranging from twenty dollars to a couple thousand dollars, so there is definitely something for everyone on the list. On Wednesdays Tallulah also features half off bottles of wine up to seventy dollars in value. Tallulah does take reservations and suggests them mostly for the weekends. On Thursday night Tallulah also offers live music and entertainment for guests to enjoy. Any way you cut it, Tallulah Wine Bar & Bistro is an amazing restaurant to visit. From their incredible wines to their fresh and vibrant food, Tallulah has a little something for everybody!
