The Bosco Cafe and Dessert Lounge was established in 2001. Business partners Jay and Fatima took over in 2011, and made plenty of significant positive changes. When they purchased Bosco, the bar was made entirely of white marble. Jayís learned carpentry from his father and recreated the entire bar to give the restaurant a rustic feel. With the remodel they also added a back entrance to the patio that can be enjoyed year round. On the patio during the summer, they grill hotdogs and hamburgers during Nightlife Lounge hours, and in the winter they have heaters so people can still enjoy the outdoors. The Bosco Cafe and Dessert Lounge hosts entertainment year round. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, a DJ plays themed music. The Bosco Cafe and Dessert Lounge draws a great crowd every single night. Jay previously worked in party promotions, so he knows how to get people to have a great time. All of the ingredients used at The Bosco Cafe and Dessert Lounge are locally sourced. The ëBosco Burgerí is a must-try. A half pound of 80/20 Certified Angus Beef is topped with smoked Gouda cheese, bacon, and fresh sauteed onions and served on a bun from a local bakery. Bosco also offers gluten-free and vegetarian options as well. Whether visiting The Bosco Cafe and Dessert Lounge for Sunday Brunch or dinner, dessert, drinks, and entertainment during the week, you are surely in for a treat.
