Current restaurant owner Judy started working at Breakers Restaurant at the young age of 15 when her mom worked as the manager. The original owners opened in 1949 and gave her a deal of a lifetime. They told Judy if she did a good job managing Breakers, they would leave the restaurant in their will to her. Judy has been there since 1975 along with the second generation of chefs at Breakers. The Don family has been working as chefs in the kitchen since 1955. The grandson of the original chef is the current chef and continues to serve up his famous family egg roll recipe. The homemade egg rolls are made fresh every week and raved about by guests. A popular and unique entree is the ëShrimp With Lobster Sauce.í The sauce includes flavors of black bean and garlic – a crowd favorite. Everything at Breakers is made fresh to order; meal modifications are welcomed for any special dietary restrictions guests may have.
